Wendy Rebecca Kovar, age 51, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2026, surrounded by family and friends after a courageous journey. She was born on June 25, 1974, and lived a life defined by deep love, loyalty, and strength.
Wendy was a devoted and loving mother to her beloved son, George Alec, who was the center of her world and her greatest pride.
Wendy was a loving and cherished daughter of the late Judith Kovar. She is survived by her siblings: Michael Kovar (Avi) niece’s and nephew Erika, Kyle, and Rebekka Kovar; Jaime Magnus(Terry) niece’s and nephew Ashley, Dakota, and Emilee Magnus; and Jill Kovar (Jeff) nephews Jace and Jordan Martin. Daughter of Daniel Kovar.
Wendy was known for her fierce love, unwavering loyalty, and the deep bonds she formed with family and friends. She had a rare ability to make people feel seen, supported, and deeply loved. Her strength, fun loving whit, and compassion left a lasting imprint on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Above all, Wendy’s legacy lives on through her son, George Alec, and the many lives she touched with her kindness and courage. She will be remembered for her warmth, her resilience, and the love she gave so freely.
A service to celebrate Wendy’s life will be held for family and friends. Details will be shared at a later time.
Wendy will be forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.
