Thelma Jean “Jeanne” Lehner, 70, of Lemont, formerly of Burr Ridge died September 27th, 2022, at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago, IL, after battling Pulmonary Hypertension for years.   Jeanne was born September 2, 1952, at Fort Campbell, Kentucky to Cyrus B. Terrell and Minerva Mae Terrell.  She married Nick Lehner on February 29, 1976. She is survived by her husband of 46 years and her children Ahren (Audrey Mullaney) Lehner, Brent (Melissa) Lehner, Katrina (Eric) Burr and grandchildren Konrad Lehner, Minerva Mae Burr and George Burr.  Jeanne is survived by her siblings Helen Gary, James Terrell, and sisters-in-law Mar Gee (Jim) Farr, Ginny (Tom) Gohagan, Gerry (Butch) Majewski, Judy (late Mike) Widrlechner, Barbara (Joe) Izzo, Rita (Ralph) Burpee, Jo Ann (Steve) Davis, and many nieces and nephews.  Jeanne is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Horace Terrell, Donald Terrell, and Shirley Ruth Nash.  Jeanne and Nick met while working at Kmart, where she worked in the deli and was promoted to the cash office.  Jeanne enjoyed her role as a mother participating in various positions within the Elm School PTO board.  While her children attended Elm School, she worked as a lunch mom and was a Girl Scout leader.  Jeanne volunteered at PADS and taught CCD at St. Isaacs Catholic Church in Hinsdale for several years.  Jeanne’s professional life began at Ambriance! where she was the office manager, for 13 years. Then, Jeanne transitioned to the Burr Ridge Club in the same role for 4 years.  She loved attending national Mini Meet car shows with her family and seeing her extended Mini family.  She collected depression glass from a young age and was an active member for over thirty years with the 20-30-40 Society.  She was avid bowler and a member of Nomads bowling league for years.  She also enjoyed hunting for treasures at garage and estate sales.  Jeanne was an active member in her community and will be sincerely missed.  A visitation will be held Sunday, October 2, 2022 from 3pm to 8pm at Adolf Funeral Home, 7000 S. Madison Street, Willowbrook, IL.  Friends will meet on Monday, October 3, 2022, for a 10am funeral mass at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 306 W. 4th St., Hinsdale, IL.  Interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL   In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Pulmonary Hypertension Association www.phassociation.org/donate/
