Rita F. Polivka, former longtime resident of Hinsdale, passed away on March 30, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Norbert. Loving mother of Allan (Becky), David (Patricia) and the late Ronald Polivka. Dear grandmother of Amber (Karl Kooistra), Daniel (Nori), Thomas (Katie) and Stephanie Polivka. Great grandmother of Elena, Grayson and Nadia. Former mother-in-law of Rebecca Polivka. Sister of the late John (Terri) Karch. A visitation will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023, from 10am until time of Funeral Mass at 11am at Notre Dame Parish, 64 Norfolk Ave, Clarendon Hills, IL 60514. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Bethlehem Woods, 1571 W Ogden Ave, LaGrange Park, IL 60526.
