Nancy May Halm

Nancy May Halm, 95, of Hinsdale, Illinois was called home on December 18th 2025 after a long battle with dementia.  She was surrounded by her loving children and their spouses, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  Nancy was born October 24th 1930 in Chicago, Illinois.  She was the daughter of Dr. Stephen & Margaret Grady.

Nancy was married to John “Jack” Halm for 28 years.  Together that had three beautiful children, Meg (Paul), Barb (David), and Jack (Mark), seven grandchildren, Alexis (Jarrett), Olivia (Sean), Vanessa (Bobby), Amanda (Nick), Julia, Jack, and Josh, as well as nine great grandchildren, Finnegan, Declan, Seamus, Ryan, Caden, Charlotte, Chloe, Connor, and Hazel.

Nancy was an avid reader and loved movies.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.  She will be remembered as a sweet and gentle soul.

Visitation Monday December 22, 2025 9:00AM until time of Funeral Mass 10:00AM at St. Isaac Catholic Church 4th and Clay St Hinsdale Il. Interment Holy Sepulchre, Alsip IL
