Jaime Ann Adams

Jaime Ann Adams, 62, a lifelong resident of Hinsdale, passed away on May 29, 2025.

Jaime graduated from Hinsdale Central, Class of 1981, and went on to attend Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Following in the family footsteps, she was a real estate broker for decades….First at her mother’s namesake firm Adams & Myers, and later with her brother Chris and her nephew Grant with the Crawford Group at @properties Hinsdale.

Jaime was preceded in death by her father, James T. Adams; her mother, Meryl Hauser Adams; and her beloved Lab, Gracie.

She is survived by her four brothers: Chip (Patty), Mark, Peter, and Chris (Michael) Crawford. And her beautiful black Lab, Betty…. now with Jaime’s nephew and godson Kevin and his wife Courtney in Dallas.

Jaime was the “fun aunt” to ten and their spouses, and great aunt to twelve and counting…. Including the latest apple of her eye, little Lily, daughter to Grant and Alivia.

Most notably, Jaime was also survived by scores of dear friends, old and new, who meant the world to her…. And for whom she couldn’t do enough.

She was a fierce advocate for Lab Rescue and fostered and placed dozens of dogs over the years. Her work clients became family as well….and she had a special gift working with the elderly.

Her amazing work ethic, team spirit, generosity, and quick wit will be missed by all … but especially her family.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 4 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church, 120 East First Street, Hinsdale, IL 60521.
