George Edward Musil

George Edward Musil, 89 of Westchester peacefully passed away at his home on December 21, 2022. 

He is survived by his wife of 62 years Marilyn Musil.

Loving father of George (Laura), Rick (Elizabeth) and Scott (Renee) Musil. Beloved grandfather of Kylie, Lucas, Luke, Libbie, Anneliese, Christian and Noela. Dear brother of Nancy Veverka and the late Doris Obzera.

George served in the United States Army during the Korean War and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal and the Korean Service ribbon.

He was a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for over 30 years.

He also spent many years as a Westchester Little League Coach.

Interment will take place on January 3, at 11am at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL
