Emilio Czapkovski

Emilio Czapkovski passed away on May 5, 2021 in Hinsdale, IL. He is survived by his wife, Angelina, stepdaughter, Anna, grandson, Sam (Gina) and great-grandchildren, Miles and Adele. Emilio emigrated from Buenos Aires, Argentina, to work tirelessly to achieve his American dream. He had a strong work ethic and took immense pride in his work. He was generous and kind and firmly believed in doing the right thing. He was devoted to his wife and quick to smile at the mention of his grandson and great-grandchildren. Another joy was the camaraderie of Veneti nel Mondo and Furlan Family of Chicago social clubs to which he belonged.  “To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die” (Joseph Campbell) In lieu of services, please recall a time shared with Emilio and revel in the touching of your lives.
