Bridget Patricia Hess

With a broken heart, we announce the loss of our daughter, Bridget Patricia Hess, our beautiful angel passed away on January 5, 2023. A life that was to short but filled with more love than you could ever imagine. We will continue on in her memory. Beloved daughter of Elizabeth Adams and Carson Hess. A visitation will be held at Adolf Funeral Home, 7000 S Madison St. Willowbrook, IL 60527 from 1pm to 4pm.
