Barbara L. Kozak

Barbara L. Kozak passed away on October 26, 2021.  She is the beloved wife of Michael Kozak and the loving mother of Matthew Kozak, Nathan Ansell, Eric Ansell, and Brian Kozak. She is the fond grandmother of 7.  Barb was born on November 30, 1953, and raised in Superior, Wisconsin. On October 30, 1987, she wed Michael Kozak from Hinsdale. Barb worked at Hinsdale South as the Administrative Assistant to the principal. A visitation will be held on November 13 from 3 - 5 pm at Adolf Funeral Home, 7000 South Madison, Willowbrook, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barb’s memory to St. Mary’s Mission Highway #1, P.O. Box 189, Red Lake, MN  56671.
