Carol Doherty Obituary

Carol A. Doherty passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019. She devoted much of her life to being an educator and spent her final days surrounded by friends and family. Preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Dorothy (Gorzynski) Cangelosi. Survived by her family John Jr, John III (Emily), and Jill Doherty; siblings, Joann (Ken) Bratka and Thomas Cangelosi; nephew, Max Bratka, and countless cousins and friends. A visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, May 9th between 4 and 8pm at Adolf Funeral Home, 7000 S. Madison St, Willowbrook, IL 60527. Family and friends will meet Friday, May 10th for a 10am funeral mass, at St. Isaac Jogues Church, 306 W. Fourth St., Hinsdale, IL 60521.
