Karen Doll

Karen L Doll, age 60, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2024 at home after a battle with cancer.  Karen was born October 4, 1963 to the late Bill and Janet Doll. She was the youngest of five children.  She was a 1981 graduate of Hinsdale Central High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Rockford College in 1985.

Karen spent most of her life in the Hinsdale IL area, most recently moving to Wheaton IL.  She selflessly spent a significant amount of time caring for her grandmother and parents.  She is survived by four siblings, Cathy Ross (Bill), Mary Schwaiger (Ron Errett), Joanne Doll (Gabe Mechelewski), John Doll (Diana), and her cherished friend, Patrick Loewe.

Her passions included walking in nature and animals, especially horses, and dogs.

Private burial will be held at Bronswood Cemetery, Oak Brook IL.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hinsdale Humane Society.
