Sarah and Mary, my deepest sympathy to the two of you. I am not sure if you remember me, I am Tina Olson, the mother of Allie, Brie and Conor. I just wanted to let you know that your father was a very nice man. When Vaughn passed away your father reached out and was very carrying to me and the kids. I will always be thankful for this small yet enormous gesture that your father did. You both are in our thoughts and prayers.

My deepest sympathies to the entire Hix family. The memorial today was lovely. Dan was a great neighbor and will really be missed. I understand his struggles with mental illness as I have extensive experience myself. My prayers have gone out to you all. I know that Dan is in a better place and is finally at peace. I'm sure that Penny, Bear and Rocket were ecstatic to see him again! And for all of us Glenbard North grads, Go Panthers!
